There’s a Name I will remember ♫
How many times do we listen to a song and then one very specific day we hear lyrics as if it is for the 1st time. This happened to me, once again, while listening to “Passion” on my way to work. “Should I ever be surrounded by the fire and the flame, there’s a Name I will remember…”
Wow – powerful words. In the midst of any situation, when receiving bad news, getting called in by your boss, seeing something on social media that really upsets you, or any situation that the enemy wants to use to knock you off your feet… “There’s a Name I will remember”.
How amazing and life-changing wouldn’t it be if we called out to Him in EVERY situation, before reacting. Before taking offence or getting upset, before allowing toxic thoughts to enter our minds.
This is certainly something that I am going to start to “remember” - calling on His Name, looking to Him and not at the situation and finding my peace, strength, answer or whatever is needed, in Him.
