We need to trust that He has our best interest at heart, trust that He will provide for us, carry us through difficult times, be our strength when we are weak. We need to trust that He will always be there for us and never ever forsake us.
We need to trust that He knows what He is doing even though we don’t understand or see a way. If you’ve been disappointed a lot in your life, ask God to heal you in that area and ask Him to help you to trust him completely and with everything.
Sometimes we only trust God in certain areas of our lives, but in other areas (like finances or love) we rather want to be in control ourselves. God can do WAY more than we can even think of doing ourselves, so let’s trust God with everything, knowing that He can do a better job than we can.
Just like with any other relationship – the more you trust someone, the stronger the relationship gets.
