Who broke your heart?

Maybe it’s been an ex boyfriend or girlfriend? Or it could’ve been someone who was suppose to love and care for you but didn’t (like your mom or dad), or maybe it was a really good friend?

Have you forgiven them yet? Have you let go of the hurt and the pain and all the consequences of what they did to you?

My heart has been broken quite a few times, and by broken I actually mean shattered, but it doesn’t help to  hold on to that. We can’t stay stuck in that hurt and anger (unforgiveness). In order for us to be set free and to move on (to be HAPPY and HEALTHY), we need to forgive, work through the fears that the broken relationship could’ve caused and we need to allow God to heal out hearts.

As it says in Proverbs 17:22 (TPT) “A joyful, cheerful heart brings healing to both body and soul. But the one whose heart is crushed struggles with sickness and depression.”
